Take plenty of Vitamin D3 5,000 IU for most persons living in the north of USA when not summer sun for 20-30 minutes two times per week on legs and arms if white. Darker skin longer.
Calcification is caused by Vitamin D deficiency and acidosis (i.e. pH 5.0 to 6.5 when it should be >= 7.0). The body needs to be at 7.4 pH and if in acidosis because of diet then the body will harvest calcium from bones and teeth and with lack of Vit D then it stays more in arteries and coats the walls. Then pieces break off and clog up critical points like to brain.
