@burcinc-- That's a good question. Pain doesn't always accompany cancer. But there will be other symptoms like fatigue, weight loss, swelling, lumps, sore throat, general weakness and even bad breath. So I completely agree that it's not a good idea to rule out cancer if there isn't pain. But no one should jump to conclusions and try to diagnose themselves either. Only a doctor can figure out the cause with a physical exam and diagnostic tests.
